Exercising your pet is crucial for their physical & mental well-being. The type & amount of exercise required can vary depending on the breed, age, & health of your pet. Here are some ideas for exercising your pet:


  1. Daily Walks: Dogs, in particular, benefit greatly from daily walks. Take your dog for a brisk walk around the neighborhood, allowing them to explore & interact with their environment.

  2. Play Fetch: Playing fetch with a ball or a frisbee is an excellent way to exercise your dog. It's also a great bonding activity.

  3. Tug of War: Many dogs enjoy a game of tug of war. Use a rope or a tug toy to engage your dog in this interactive game. Just ensure that you establish clear rules & boundaries.

  4. Hide and Seek: This is a fun game for both dogs & cats. Hide treats or toys around the house, & encourage your pet to find them. It stimulates their senses & mental agility.
